My History
Personal brief:
I graduated from the fine arts high school. I studied media-communication at university. I like painting and producing something since my childhood. I present various products by utilizing this skill in the kitchen. I opened a restaurant, presenting Italian pasta with title “Macaroni Master” in Izmir, while I was in a 2nd class at university. I managed a restaurant as a chef & Owner from 2013 to 2017, and also completed my education at university. I engaged in cost calculation, purchasing, menu, preparation and development, personal training related to sales in my restaurant. As I like to work in the kitchen very much, I assigned my restaurant in 2017 and moved to Istanbul. I participated into two certificate programs about gastronomy. Le Cordon Blue was one of them. In addition, I participated into many seminar and certificate programs in relation to gastronomy. After completing my education in Turkey, I founded a company in London. I am carrying on to pursue my job in London as a chef. I provide menu editing and menu consulting services to restaurants. I also organize events with personalized menus.
